Yeehaw! You're coming to Texas! The Lone Star State is full of great places and experiences that will make for life long memories.

The Dallas area should be on the vacation bucket list for sure. You can take a tour of the football stadium in Arlington, catch a ball game in Frisco, watch a real cowboy ride a bull in Mesquite, take in in a cattle drive in Fort Worth, get one with nature at Fossil Rim Wildlife Center, shop till you drop at the Allen Outlets Mall and don’t forget to stop the Sixth Floor Museum.

You’re gonna love San Antonio to be sure. Making the rounds in the downtown area is a must do. The downtown area is home to the Riverwalk, Tower of the Americas, Market Square, The Alamo and the San Antonio Missions. A little further out you’ll find the Japanese Tea Garden, Natural Bridge Caverns, Wonder World, Animal World & Snake Farm Zoo and the San Antonio Botanical Garden. You’ll want to make time to visit some of the small towns just outside of San Antonio. Visiting Hondo, Luckenbach, Gruene and Bandera will fulfill your inner cowboy. You’ll find Honky Tonk’s, great music and great food in the small towns.

Drive a little future out and you’ll find Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Johnson City and the always popular Canyon Lake.

Just up the road from San Antonio is Austin, the Capital of Texas. Make sure to visit the State Capitol Building, the great music of 6th Street, the Big Top Candy Shop, the Congress Street Bridge Bats, great food from the countless number of food trucks and all of the other popular Austin attractions.

Austin is also a great home base for day trips into the Hill Country. Whether by car or train you want to experience this popular region of Texas. Houston, as the largest city in Texas, is home to a wide variety of destinations. Popular attractions include NASA’s Mission Control, the Battleship Texas, the San Jacinto Battlefield, the Houston Zoo. Houston is also just minutes away from the beaches of Galveston and the Pleasure Pier amusement park.

The Amarillo area is home to the Palo Duro Canyon, the Cadillac Ranch, Route 66, the MidPoint Café, the U Drop Inn and the Big Texan Steak Ranch.
