Dublin Bottling Works, the birthplace of bottled Dr Pepper, has been in operation in the heart of Dublin, Texas, since 1891. As the “Keepers of The Sweet” they have always bottled their sodas with pure cane sugar. Their extensive history and tasty legacy make for a one-of-a-kind experience for any soda fanatic or history buff. Take a tour of the bottling plant and Dublin Bottling Works museum, as well as the new W.P. Kloster Museum Annex which tells the story of W.P. “Billy” Kloster, who worked at the plant for 67 years and amassed an amazing collection of memorabilia now on display.
