Scharbauer Sports Complex

The Scharbauer Sports Complex made its debut in March 2002 with the grand opening of the First American Bank Ballpark followed by the opening of the Grande Communications Stadium in August. The complex features top facilities for football soccer and baseball. The $35 million complex in addition to hosting some of the top athletes in West Texas will also be the new home of the Midland RockHounds. The football / soccer facility will be able to seat 18 000 and the baseball stadium will hold 6 000 spectators.
