Located in a small protected valley nestled in the Texas Hill Country. The rich alluvial soil laced with limestone flint and shale chips is ideal for growing grapes. More importantly our vines and wines receive personal care and tending combined with a labor-intensive handmade approach to picking handling fermentation wine making and bottling.
