Lubbock KOA

As native son Buddy Holly sang, "It's so easy to fall in love" with the Lubbock KOA. Located just outside the city limits and minutes from downtown, the campground features hundreds of mature shade trees, making it an oasis in the middle of the West Texas plains. Visit the Museum of Texas Tech, Science Spectrum & Omni Theater, Silent Wings Museum, the American Wind Power Center & Museum, Lubbock Lake Site archaeological dig, The Vietnam Center and Archive, and wineries. Don't miss the Buddy Holly Center! Then "Maybe Baby" you'll find a few ways to relax: swim in the heated indoor pool, lounge in the hot tub, rent a video or watch a double feature at the drive-in theater. Join in a pickup game of basketball or Ping-Pong or watch the kids romp in the playground. An afternoon with nothing to do? "That'll Be the Day!"
