Enchanted Oaks

Enchanted Oaks is an incorporated residential community situated on the eastern shore of Cedar Creek Reservoir about fifteen miles northwest of Athens in northwestern Henderson County. The development began in the late 1960s after the construction and impoundment of Cedar Creek Reservoir. On December 17, 1974, Enchanted Oaks incorporated and soon implemented a mayor-council form of city government
