Victory City

Victory City is a small community located just north of Interstate 30 about eleven miles west of Texarkana in east central Bowie County. The town developed in the early 1940s along the Texas and Pacific Railway and U.S. highway 82 as a result of construction of the Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant
